How to Use Birdy Basketball

Start slow and let your bird investigate the hoop and balls at their own pace. Use positive reinforcement—treats, praise, and patience—to encourage curiosity.

Once your parrot is comfortable, demonstrate moving the ball toward the hoop. Reward any interaction, then gradually shape the behaviour into a successful “shot.”
For advanced players, add challenges like:

• Retrieving balls from a container

• Shooting from different angles

• Using two hoops to create a mini Birdy Basketball Court
